Willowgate Close is situated within easy walking distance to Aberdeen city centre at the Holburn Street end of Union Street, which is the main thoroughfare. The flats are located very close to the many shops, restaurants, and attractions of the Granite City.
The nearest comprehensive supermarket is 800m away, though smaller local shops can supply all that is needed with a main post office, off license, bars and restaurants close to hand.
The apartment is also situated about one mile (1.5km) from the renowned Duthie Park with its famous Winter Gardens. Closer to hand is Albury Park (500m) offering tennis courts, bowls and mini golf (April - September). Cannons gym is also local with similar facilities.
The train and coach stations are about a mile away (1.5 km) and located near the harbour with its array of oil industry support vessels and ferry services to the outer islands.

Whilst parking is available on site it’s not necessary to have a car to explore the great city of Aberdeen. There are many bus services weaving throughout the metropolitan area. The closest bus stop is about 250m away.
The flat is well situated in the city of Aberdeen that you can easily visit by foot such attractions as The Music Hall, Lemon Tree Arts Centre, Art Gallery, Swimming pool, Town house / Criminal Courts, His Majesty’s Theatre with many more places (including the 2 universities) by public transport or car. Please note that both flats are situated in the area of the ancient access to Aberdeen in Union Glen/Hardgate. The quickest access to Union Street is via a short fairly steep hill and people with walking difficulties may find this a little hard. There are however easier, but slightly longer ways into town.
Business users may enjoy the close proximity to the many offices around the city centre including Aberdeen Asset Management, Aberdeen Drilling School, ExxonMobil, Talisman, Venture Petroleum and many other offices.
