I understand that the rental charge includes all heating and lighting costs, bed linen and towels and that should  I leave the apartment in need of  an extra clean some of the security deposit may be forfeited.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE – We would recommend that you consider taking suitable insurance in case you find you have to cancel your booking at short notice.  If you do cancel, we will do our best to re-let the property but you will be liable for the balance should we be unsuccessful.

LIABILITY – We can not accept responsibility for loss of property by tenants or for accidents occurring on the premises of abpad properties.
