9 Glendale Mews and 22 Willowgate Close are modern, spacious, two bedroomed, executive apartments. They are furnished and equipped to a high standard and offer all the conveniences of city centre living with car parking spaces provided, located in a quiet, comfortable setting close to all amenities.
9 GLENDALE MEWS
Ground floor apartment (access down 5 steps) and comprises two bedrooms, one king-size double and one twin; both bedrooms have generous fitted mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hangers, bedside cupboards and in the master bedroom a small chest of drawers. A fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, full cooker and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is a large lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, a 28-inch TV with free view, DVD player and hi-fi, and dining table with four chairs. A generous bathroom completes the flat with shower over bath and toilet. To compliment the clothes washing facilities there is a clothes airer and iron/ironing board.
Car parking is available through a security gate, parking is in unallocated spaces.
22 WILLOWGATE CLOSE
Second floor apartment with exceptional space. Entry through security door, then up two flights of stairs to 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin: both bedrooms have generous fitted mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hangers, bedside cupboards and in the master bedroom two chests of drawers; the twin room had a narrow tower style chest of drawers. A fully equipped kitchen complete with integrated washing machine/dryer, full cooker and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, toaster and fridge/freezer. A large dining table with seating for four is provided in the large kitchen. There is a very large, light lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, a 32-inch digital flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi. A generous family bathroom is located next to the twin room with an en suite shower room in the large double bedroom. To compliment the clothes washing facilities there is a clothes airer and iron/ironing board.
Car parking is in an allocated numbered space.
In both apartments the bedrooms are provided with full bedding (duvets and two pillows per person/bed) and towels supplied for your convenience. All bedrooms have black out curtains. Tea towels also provided.
Rental cost includes all heating and lighting.
